My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, had some issues like a noisy air conditioner that didn't work properly. The service was friendly, but there were instances of unhelpfulness and unkindness, such as giving our reserved suite to another guest. The location was good for visiting the Palenque ruins but had some noise disturbances from partygoers. The dining options were a bit overpriced, and there were ongoing building works near the pool area.

The rooms were just ordinary motel type rooms with no character, but they were clean and comfortable. I had a view overlooking the pool from one of the rooms with a small balcony, which was a nice touch.
